Welcome to Rhyno Infotech. We like to keep things simple. When you hire us to design your website, set up an online store, or build a custom ERP system, we agree to the basic rules outlined below.

By browsing our website or signing a project contract with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Working on Your Project

Before we write a single line of code, we will discuss your requirements and agree on the project scope, timeline, and cost. Here is how we handle the process:

• Approvals: We will show you website wireframes or layout designs first. Once you approve the visual design, we move on to frontend development and database integration.
• Content: You need to provide us with the text, logos, and images you want on your website. If you don't have them, we can help you create them, but it might affect the project delivery timeline.

2. Payments & Deliverables

We usually split project payments into clear milestones:

• An advance deposit is required to start the project.
• The remaining payments are linked to project milestones (like frontend completion, testing, and final launch).
• We will transfer all source code files, domain access, and admin dashboard credentials to you once the final payment is cleared.

3. Code & Asset Ownership

Once the project is complete and fully paid for, the website code, custom designs, and database setup belong to you. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our online portfolio unless we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting.

4. Restrictions & Misuse

We do not design or host websites that promote illegal activities, spam, or copyright violations. If we find that a client is using our custom software or servers for unauthorized or illegal data collection, we reserve the right to suspend our maintenance services immediately.

5. Direct Support

We stand by the code we write. After launching your website, we provide a standard support window to fix any backend bugs or loading issues for free. Continued updates, new page additions, or layout changes after launch will be billed separately.
